Chad Barnett has over 25+ years in the casino industry holding positions from poker dealer and table games dealer, supervisor and department manager on multiple land-based casinos and cruise ships. He has worked for The Casino Institute as the General Manager, Senior Instructor and CFO since 2012. His consulting contracts with casinos include on-site and off-site training of dealers, supervisors and surveillance personnel in game training,  game protection for cheats and scams and assisting with new casino openings.

Allyson Ott

Allyson has over 25+ years in the casino industry specializing in the table games department and is founder and C.E.O. of The Casino Institute located in San Diego, California. 
She has worked closely with over 14 local casinos and card rooms providing them with the best trained table games dealers, supervisors and surveillance personnel.

John Baines

John Baines has over 30+ years in the casino industry holding positions from casino dealer, supervisor and department manager on multiple land-based casinos and cruise ships.
